You have to take the three given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the three statements disregarding commonly known facts.

    Statements:

    Only a few Lotion is Shampoo.

    No Shampoo is Conditioner.

    Only Conditioner is Soap.

    Conclusion:

    I. Some Lotions are not Conditioner.

    II. Some Soap can be Shampoo.

    III. Some Conditioner are Lotion.

    Solution

    Only a few Lotion is Shampoo ((I) + No Shampoo is Conditioner (E) → Some Lotions are not Conditioner (O). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. Only Conditioner is Soap → All Soap are Conditioner and Soap cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
