    Solution

    Only a few Tails are Claws → Some Tails are not Claws (O) and Some Tails are Claws (I). Hence conclusion I follows. All Claws are Paws (A) + No Paw is a Cat (E) → No Claw is a Cat (E) → Conversion →  Some Claws can never be Cats (O). Hence conclusion II follows.
