    Solution

    Some Heel is Sandal (I) + All Sandals are Laces (A) → Some Heels are Laces (I). Hence conclusion I follows. All Sandals are Laces (A) + Some Laces are buckles (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
