    In the question below some statements are given followed by three conclusions I, II, and III. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts.     Statements:

    No Low is Medium

    All Medium is Extreme

    Conclusions:

    Solution

    All High is Low (A) + No Low is Medium (E) → No High is Medium (E) → Conversion → Some Medium is not High (O). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follows. No Low is Medium (E) + All Medium is Extreme (A) → Some Extreme are not Low (O*). Hence conclusion II does not follows.
