    Solution

From Statement I. Only Cows are Rats → All Rats are Cows and Rats cannot have positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few Dogs are Cats (I) + Some Cats are Cows (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow. From Statement II. All Rats are Cows (A) + Some Cows are Cats (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Cows are Cats (I) + All Cats are Dogs (A) → Some Cows are Dogs (I). Hence conclusion II follows. From Statement III. All Cats are Dogs (A) + All Dogs are Rats (A) → All Cats are Rats (A) → Conversion → Some Rats are Cats (I). Hence conclusion I follows . All Cats are Dogs (A) → Conversion → Some Dogs are Cats (I) + All Cats are Cows (A) → Some Dogs are Cows (I) → Conversion → Some Cows are Dogs (I). Hence conclusion II follows. From Statement IV. No Rat is a Dog (E) + Few Dogs are Cats (I) → Some Cats are not Rats (O*). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Few Cows are Rats (I) + No Rat is a Dog (E) → Some Cows are not Dogs (I) + Few Dogs are Cats (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
