    99% nerves are veins (A) + 34% veins are arteries (I) → Probable conclusion → Some nerves can be arteries (I). Hence conclusion I follows. 34% veins are arteries (I) + None of the arteries are vessels (E) → Some veins are not vessels (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
