    Solution

    All Function are Program (A) → Conversion → Some Program are Function (I). Hence conclusion I follows. All Function are Program (A) + [No Program is Creation (E) → Conversion] → No Function is Creation (E) → Conversion → No Creation is Function (E) + Few Function are Event (I) → Some Creation are not Event (O*) → Probable conclusion →   All Creation can be Event (A). Hence conclusion II follows.
