C Only conclusion II and conclusion III follow. Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Only conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E None of the above Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

Only a few loyal are honest → Some loyal are honest (I) and Some loyal are not honest (O). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few loyal are honest (I) + None of the honest are intelligent (E) → Some loyal are not intelligent (O) + 92% intelligent are smart (I) → Probable conclusion → Some smart may be loyal (I). Hence conclusion II follows. Every friendship is loyal (A) + Only a few loyal are honest (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
