    Solution

    Only alphabet is vowel → All vowels are alphabet and vowel cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion II does not follow. Some number are digit (I) + Some digit are alphabet (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
