    Solution

    All Officers are Director(A) + Some Director are Clerk (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Officers can be Clerk (I). Hence conclusion I follows. No Manager is Clerk (E) + Some Clerk are Director (I) → Some Director are not Manager (O*)→ Probable conclusion → Some Director can never be Manager (O). Hence conclusion II follows but conclusion III does not of follow.
