    Solution

    No universe is sun (E) + All sun are moon (A) → Some moon are not universe (O*). Hence conclusion I does not follow. No universe is sun (E) → Conversion → No sun is universe (E) + Every universe is earth (A) → Some earth are not sun (O*) + All sun are moon (A) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
