B Only conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only conclusion III follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Both conclusions II and III follow Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

Few Friends are Friendships (I) + No Friendships are Loyal (E) → Some Friends are not Loyal (O) + All Loyal are Smart (A) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion I does not follow but conclusion III follows. No Friendships are Loyal (E) + All Loyal are Smart (A) → Some Smart are not Friendships (O*). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
