You have to take the four given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts.     Statements:

    All Tanks are Tyres

    Few Tyres are Steering

    Conclusion:

    I. Some Steering are Tanks

    II. All Tyres can be Cars

    III. Some Cars are Tyres

    Solution

    All Tanks are Tyres (A) + Few Tyres are Steering (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Cars are Tanks (I) + All Tanks are Tyres (A) → Some Cars are Tyres (I) → Probable conclusion → All Tyres can be Cars (A). Hence conclusion II and III follow.
