    Solution

    All Plates are Spoon (A) → Conversion → Some Spoon are Plates (A) + No Plate is Fork (E) → Some Spoon are not Fork (O). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. All Plates are Spoon (A) + Some Spoon are Cups (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
