    Solution

    Only Trains are Car → All Car are Trains and Car cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Cycles are Trains (I) + Some Trains are not Bike (O) → Probable conclusion → Some Bike can be Cycles (I). Hence conclusion II follows.
