You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusion definitely follows from the given statements, disregarding commonly known facts.

Statements: No Lamp are Light. No Light

are Bulb. All Tube are Bulb. Conclusions: I. At least some Tube being Light is a possibility. II. Some Bulb being Lamp is a possibility.
A Neither conclusion I nor conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B Only conclusion I follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Both conclusions I and conclusion II follow Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E Either conclusion I or conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

All Tube are Bulb (A) + [No Light are Bulb (E) → Conversion] → No Bulb are Light (E) → No Tube is Light (E). Hence conclusion I does not follow. No Lamp are Light (E) + No Light are Bulb (E) → Probable conclusion → Some Bulb may be Lamp (I). Hence conclusion II follows.
