    Solution

    No Shirt is Pant (E) + Few Pant is Skirt (I) → Some Skirt is not Shirt (O*). Hence conclusion I follows. Only a few Jeans is Shirt → Some Jeans is Shirt (I) and Some Jeans is not Shirt (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
