    Solution

    No Pear is Mangoes (E) → conversion → No Mangoes is Pear (E) + Only a few Pear is Oranges (I) → Some Oranges are not Mangoes (O*) → No Oranges may be Mangoes (E). Hence conclusion I follows. Only a few Oranges is Apples → All Apples can be a Oranges (A). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
