    Solution

    No bird is reptile (E) + Few reptiles are amphibians (I) → Some amphibians are not bird (O*) → Probable conclusion → All bird may not be amphibians (O). Hence conclusion I follows. Mostly animals are birds (I) + No bird is reptile (E) → Some animals are not reptiles (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
