    Solution

    Only subjects is notes → All notes are subjects and notes cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow but conclusion III follows. Some topic are papers (I) → Conversion → Some papers are topic (I) + No topic is index (E) → Some papers are not index (O). Hence conclusion II follows.
