    Solution

    Some Cloud is Rainbow (I) + No Rainbow is Rain (E) → Some Cloud is not Rain (O). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion II does not follow.All Umbrella is Cloud (A) → Conversion → Some Cloud is Umbrella (I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
