    None of the atmosphere is atom (E) + No atom is base (E) → Probable conclusion → Some atmospheres may be bases (I). Hence conclusion I follows.

    Only a few hemispheres is atmosphere (I) + None of the atmosphere is atom (E) → Some hemispheres are not atoms (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
