In the question below there are three statements followed by two conclusions I and II. You have to take the three given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the three statements disregarding commonly known facts.

Statements: A few Red is Green. 60%

Black is Green. Only Green is Pink. Conclusion: I. No Pink is Black. II. Some Black is Red.
A Only conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B Both conclusions I and II follow Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Either conclusion I or II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Only conclusion I follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E Neither conclusion I nor II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

Only Green is Pink → All Pink is Green and Pink cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I follows.   A few Red is Green (I) + 60% Black is Green (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
