    Some Star is Rainbow (I) + A few Rainbow is Rain (I) → Probable conclusion → All Star can be Rain (A). Hence conclusion I follows.

    Only Rain is Cloud → All Cloud are Rain and Cloud cannot have positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion II does not follow but conclusion III follows.
