    Some tents are canvas (I) + All canvas are ropes (A) ⇒ Some tents are ropes (I) ⇒ [Probable conclusion] ⇒ All tents may be ropes (A) All books are tents (A) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ Some tents are books (I) ⇒ [Probable conclusion] ⇒ Some tents may not be books (O). All canvas are ropes (A) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ Some ropes are canvas (I). Hence, option 4  is correct. By elimination method -  By 1, 2 and 3, no +ve conclusion can be drawn between canvas and rope. Hence it is eliminated. Hence answer is Option 4.
