    Solution

    No teacher is a subject (E) + No subject is a book (E) ⇒ No conclusion.  Hence conclusion I will not follow. All scales are books (A) + No book is a subject (E) ⇒ No scale is a subject (E) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ No subject is a scale (E). Hence conclusion II will follow. No subject is a book (E) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ No book is a subject (E). Hence conclusion III will follow.
