Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) had rolled out a notification for the post of Assistants with a total of 280 vacancies. EPFO has announced EPFO Assistant 2019 notification after two years and therefore this is a golden opportunity for all the eligible candidates who have been waiting for EPFO notification to be out. EPFO had activated the online application link for EPFO Assistant 2019 exam on May 30, 2019. Candidates can apply for EPFO assistant exam from May 30, 2019 – June 25, 2019.

How to Apply for EPFO Assistant 2019 exam:

Online registrations for EPFO Assistant 2019 have started from May 30, 2019, and will end on June 25, 2019. Candidates can apply online only from the mentioned dates and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before applying online:

Scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
Signature (with black ink)
left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
a hand-written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) with the text given below. This handwritten declaration ensures that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications.

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Candidates should keep in mind the following points before applying:

Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for applying.)
The hand-written declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid.
Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. EPFO may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID.

Candidates are required to visit “www.epfindia.gov.in“ and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT-2019 IN EPFO” which will open a new screen.

First, scan the photograph and signature as detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature.
Fill the EPFO Assistant Online application form carefully and once filled completely then submit the data. Once you submit the date no change /edit will be allowed thereafter
After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidate should pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, by following the instructions available on the screen.
The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
