A: No, the official notification specifically requires that a candidate must be enrolled with the Bar Council to be eligible.

A: No, you can apply for 1 post only. Multiple applications will be rejected.
Q: I was born in June 1991, am I eligible to apply?
A: No. The official notification clearly states that eligible candidates must be born on or after November 2, 1991 and on or before November 1, 2001.
Q: I will graduate in 2022, am I eligible to apply?
A: No. It is imperative that all final results for eligible candidates are declared on or before November 23, 2021. You can try next year.
Q: I am 27 years old. Am I eligible to apply?
A: Yes, you satisfy the age criteria. You should check the other requirements under the eligibility criteria as well.
Q: Are candidates from OBC category belonging to the creamy layer eligible for reservation and subsequent relaxations?
A: No. Only candidates belonging to the non-creamy layer are eligible for reservation. Candidates from OBC category who come from the creamy layer must denote their category as ‘General’ in their application.

Please note
- A penalty of 0.25 mark will be applicable in both phases of examination.

- Candidates who qualify the Mains examination will be invited for an Interview.
- The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100.
