The National Housing Bank (NHB) has invited applications for the NHB Assistant Manager Recruitment 2021 cycle. A total of 17 vacancies have been released for the following posts.
- Assistant Manager (Scale I)
- Deputy Manager (Scale II)
- Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management

NHB Assistant Manager Eligibility
Let’s check out all details concerning the eligibility criteria as outlined in the NHB Recruitment 2021 Official Notification in the table below.
The cut-off date for eligibility criteria is December 12, 2021.

Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management | Mandatory Professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. Desirable: Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute, or Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, or, Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or equivalent abroad. | Mandatory: 2 years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Manager (Scale – II) or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management. Desirable: Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience. | 30-45 years |

- The tests of Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General Awareness, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude will be objective.
- This online test will be followed by a descriptive test of English Language that will be qualifying in nature.
- Descriptive section will only be assessed for students who secure qualifying marks in the objective-test.
- Please note, there is sectional allotment of time for all sections.
Interview
- The interview will be held for 50 marks.
- The ratio of the weightage of the online exam to the interview is 80:20.

- The General Aptitude test (I) is qualifying in nature.
- The assessments in all sections consist of objective-type questions.
- A composite time of 2 hours will be awarded. There is no sectional time break-up.
Interview
- The Interview will carry 100 marks.
- Final selection will be done based on the marks obtained in the Interview only.
Selection Process for SMGS-IV (RM)
The selection process for Regional Manager comprises of 2 phases-
- Shortlisting
- Interview
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
