ESIC Phase 1 Call Letter 2022
The ESIC Phase 1 Call Letter was released on March 08, 2022. You can download your ESIC Phase 1 Admit Card 2022 by logging in with your Registration No/Roll No and Password. The ESIC Phase 1 exam for the posts of UDC and Stenographer will be held on March 19 and March 20, 2022 respectively.

ESIC Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
The Selection Process for the posts of UDC, Stenographer & MTS is as follows-
UDC
- Preliminary Examination (qualifying in nature)
- Mains Examination
- Computer Skill Test (qualifying in nature)
Note-
- There will be ¼ deduction in marks for wrong answers in Prelims and Mains exam.
- No negative marking for Computer Skill Test.
Stenographer
- Mains Examination (to be considered for final selection)
- Skill test in Stenography (qualifying in nature)
Note-
¼ marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
MTS
- Preliminary Examination (qualifying in nature)
- Mains Examination
Note-
Deduction of ¼ marks for every wrong answer will be there.
ESIC Recruitment 2021: How to Apply
There are three steps in the application process-

- Document Scanning & Uploading
Application Registration
- Visit the ESIC website www.esic.nic.in
- Click on the “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF UDC/STENO./MTS IN ESIC ” option.
- To register your application, click on “Click here for Registration” and enter the necessary details.
- Fill the application form slowly and carefully to ensure that you do not miss out any important information.
- Proceed to upload your photo, signature and other details.
- Preview your application form and verify the whole application before completing your registration.
- Click on “Complete Registration” after verifying/modifying the details in the form.
- Click on “Payment Tab” and proceed for payment.
- Click on the “Submit” button.

Document Scanning & Uploading
- Photograph- It must be a recent passport size photo against a light coloured background (preferably white).
- Signature- The signature must be on a white paper with black ink pen. It must not be in capital letters.
- Left Thumb Impression- The left thumb impression must be on a white paper with black/blue ink.
- Handwritten Declaration- It must not be written in capital letters.
Important Points to Note
- The applications will be submitted online.
- Candidates must read the notification carefully before applying for the above mentioned posts to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates can apply for more than one post i.e. UDC, Steno. & MTS in the same/different region/state. However, they have to submit a single application for a single post.
- Candidates applying for more than one post will have to submit a separate application for each post.
- Applications cannot be modified after final submission.
- Candidates are advised to fill out the applications much before the closing date.
